In the event of any dissatisfaction with any of the design services provided by LHT Solutions, you may submit a refund request within five days after the completion of your initial designs. However, it will be deemed between the two parties that you are satisfied with the initial design if a refund request is not received within five days of the initial design submission. The refund policy only applies to services/packages that specifically mention the money-back guarantee on the website or the invoice.
The following agreement will be processed on all refund requests:
- If a refund request is made prior to the design delivery, you will be eligible for a full refund (minus 10% service and processing fee)
- If a refund is requested within 48 hours of the initial design delivery, you will be eligible for a 66% refund (minus 10% service and processing fee).
- You will be eligible for a 33% refund (minus 10% service and processing fee) if the refund request is longer than 48 hours and less than 120 hours prior to the initial design delivery.
- No refund request will be received 120 hours after your initial design delivery, or if final design files have been shared with the customer. However, since we believe in 100 customer satisfaction, you can contact us by email or phone at any time in case of any questions.
- All compensation requests should be reported to the Support Department. LHT Solutions reserves the right to approve/deny your application on a case-by-case basis, in violation of the User Agreement.
